These terms govern your use of TreeStorm Leads. By subscribing, you agree to them. Please read them — they describe what the service does, how billing works, and how to cancel.
TreeStorm Leads connects tree-service contractors with homeowners who need tree work. For a monthly subscription, you receive an exclusive territory of ZIP codes, and homeowner job requests submitted within your territory are routed to you. Job requests include routine and year-round work — removals, trimming, hazard limbs, stump work — as well as storm-related damage. The service also includes a storm-intelligence layer that, when severe weather affects your territory, identifies and ranks the hardest-hit areas using factors including wind speed and soil saturation.
We connect you with homeowners; we do not guarantee jobs, revenue, or that any homeowner will hire you. Job requests come directly from homeowners, and whether a homeowner ultimately hires you is between you and the homeowner. Storm rankings are estimates of where conditions occurred — they do not confirm that any specific property has damage.
Your plan includes a set number of ZIP codes ("your territory"), based on the tier you choose. ZIP codes are exclusive: while you hold a ZIP code, no other TreeStorm Leads subscriber can claim it. You select your ZIP codes in your dashboard, subject to availability and the radius limits of your plan.
Before homeowner jobs are routed to you, you must verify your business — including proof of liability insurance and any applicable licensing. Homeowner job requests are only sent to verified contractors. You are responsible for keeping your insurance and licensing current and accurate; providing false or expired information is grounds for suspension or termination.
The service has two parts:
1. Monthly subscription. Your plan is a recurring monthly subscription, billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe), based on the tier and number of ZIP codes you choose. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. The price is the amount shown for your plan at signup; we will give notice before any price change. Activating a plan is what locks your ZIP codes to you.
2. Per-job fee. In addition to your subscription, a fee of $45 applies each time a homeowner confirms they want your crew for a job routed to you. This fee is charged only on homeowner confirmation — if no homeowner confirms, no per-job fee is charged. Credit-back: if you are charged the $45 fee for a job but cannot reach the homeowner, the fee is credited back to you, subject to the conditions in your dashboard. Per-job fees are separate from and in addition to your monthly subscription.
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard — no phone calls, no hoops. When you cancel:
Your subscription is set to end at the close of your current paid billing period. You keep full access through the end of the period you've already paid for. At the end of that period, billing stops, job routing stops, and your ZIP codes are released. We do not prorate or refund partial months (see our Refund Policy). Per-job fees already incurred remain payable.
If you provide a phone number, you consent to receive recurring SMS alerts from TreeStorm Leads. Message frequency varies with storm activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts at any time, or reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your subscription; you can still receive alerts by email.
You agree to use the service for your own legitimate tree-service business, and to comply with all applicable laws — including those governing solicitation, telemarketing, and contractor licensing in your area. When a homeowner job is routed to you, you are responsible for how you contact and deal with that homeowner. TreeStorm Leads connects you with homeowners; it is not a substitute for proper licensing, insurance, or legal compliance in your trade, and we are not a party to any agreement you reach with a homeowner.
The service is provided "as is." Homeowner job requests originate from third parties (homeowners), and weather data and storm rankings depend on third-party sources (primarily the National Weather Service and radar-rainfall data) and may contain delays, gaps, or inaccuracies. We do not warrant that job requests, alerts, or rankings will be timely, complete, accurate, or error-free, or that any particular volume of jobs will result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TreeStorm Leads is not liable for missed or delayed alerts, data errors, lost business, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
