TreeStorm Leads ("we," "us") connects tree-service contractors with homeowners who need tree work. This policy explains what we collect from both contractors and homeowners, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices.
From contractors. When you subscribe, we collect what you provide: your name or company name, email address, phone number, the state you serve, and the ZIP-code territory you select. To verify your business, we also collect proof of liability insurance and any licensing or certification information you submit. Payment is processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.
From homeowners. When a homeowner submits a job request, we collect the information they provide: their name, phone number, email address (if given), ZIP code and location, a description of the tree work needed, timing, and any photos of the property or trees they choose to upload.
We use contractor information to operate your subscription, verify your business, route homeowner jobs in your territory to you, send you job alerts and storm notifications, and provide service-related messages. We use homeowner information to match the request to the verified contractor who covers that ZIP code and to connect the two of you. We use your phone number to deliver alerts and service messages. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
By providing your phone number and subscribing, you consent to receive recurring SMS storm-alert notifications at the number you provide. Message frequency varies based on storm activity in your area. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information as follows:
Homeowner information with the matched contractor. The core of our service is connecting homeowners with a local contractor. When a homeowner submits a job request, and the matched contractor confirms the job, we share the homeowner's contact and job details (name, phone, email if provided, location, job description, and any photos) with that one verified contractor so they can carry out the work. We share it with a single contractor per job — not with multiple contractors, and not sold to a lead auction.
Service providers. We share information with the providers who help us operate — our payment processor (Stripe) and our SMS and email delivery providers — only as needed to deliver the service.
We may disclose information if required by law.
We retain your information while your subscription is active. If you cancel, we remove your information from active alerting and release your ZIP codes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us, and we will delete it except where we are required to retain certain records (for example, billing records) by law.
You can stop SMS alerts by replying STOP. You can cancel your subscription from your dashboard at any time. You can request a copy of, or deletion of, your data by contacting us.
